First Preference Will Be Given To The Horses Entered With The Second Five (5) Fastest Times On Each Day Of The 2023 Heritage Futurity Time Trials, In Such Case Where Less Than Five Horses Enter From Any One Day Of Trials, The Horses With The Next Fastest Times From Either Day Of Trials Will Be Preferred. Weight 124 Lbs. No Purse Money Will Be Paid To Juvenile Entries That Are Scratched For Any Reason Prior To The Running Of The Juvenile. This Race Will Be Limited To 10 Starters. A Suitable Award Will Be Presented To The Winning Owner.
