This site publishes research. If betting has stopped being something you choose to do, the numbers here are not the problem to solve, and help is free and confidential.
Getting help
National Problem Gambling Helpline: call or text 1-800-522-4700, or chat at 1800gamblerchat.org. It is free, confidential, and available at any hour.
Gamblers Anonymous: gamblersanonymous.org.
Every regulated sportsbook offers deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion. Every US state with legal betting operates a self-exclusion programme.
What this site will not do
There is no bet slip here, no button that places a wager, and no link that takes you to one. We are not paid by sportsbooks and carry no affiliate links.
There is no lock of the day, no push notification urging a bet, and no streak or leaderboard. Nothing on this site is designed to make you bet more often than you meant to.
The model publishes what it rates and no more. On a quiet day it says there is nothing worth a rating rather than promoting the best of a bad slate, and the record page shows the losing stretches at the same size as the winning ones.
Worth knowing
A positive expected value is a statement about a long run of bets, not about the next one. Most published bets lose. A model can be right on average and wrong every time you look.
Nothing on this site is a reason to stake money you cannot afford to lose, and no figure here changes that.
Age
This site is for people aged 21 and over.
