Weights: Three Years Old 120lbs; Older 124lbs. Non-winners Of $30,000 At A Mile Or Over In 2023 Allowed 2lbs; Two Races Other Than Maiden, Claiming Or Starter At A Mile Or Over In 2023 Allowed 4lbs; A Race Other Than Maiden, Claiming Or Starter At A Mile Or Over In 2023 Allowed 6lbs. In The Event That More Than Twelve (12) Pass The Entry Box, Preference Will Be Given To The Horse With The Highest Earnings In 2022 - 2023.
