All Foals Must Be Parentage Verified. Apha Regular Registry Foals Must Have One Apha Regular Registry Paint Parent. Apha Solid Registry Foals Must Have Two Apharegular Registry Paint Parents, Or At Least One Apha Regular Registry Paint Parent In The 1st & 2nd Generation. The $10,000 Added Money From The Horse Industry Economic Account (hiea) Will Only Be Paid To Accredited Texas-bred (atb) Paint Horses And Is Subject To Approval By The Txrc. The Atb Money Will Pay Three Places (50%, 30%, 20%) To The Top Three Fastest Times In Futurity Trials, Or Finals If No Trials Are Held. All Atb Money Will Be Distributed By Tphba. If Less Than Three (3) Atb Horses Start The Atb Money Will Be Distributed Evenly To The Remaining Atb Horses. Tphba Will Retain 15% Of The Gross Purse (excluding Added Money) For This Race As Cost For Advertising And Administration.
