Supplemental Nominations Of $800 Will Be Accepted At Time Of Entry Which Shall Include All Fees. $20,000 Added Of Which 45% To The Owner Of The Winner, 17% To Second, 10% To Third, 7% To Fourth, 6% To Fifth, 5% To Sixth, 4% To Seventh And 2% Each To Eighth, Ninth And Tenth. Weights: 125 Lbs. The North Star State Derby Will Be Limited To Ten (10) Starters. Preference To Horses With The Highest Total Earnings In 2022-2023. Management Reserves The Right To Cancel, Change Or Postpone This Race. Failure To Draw Into The Race Will Cancel All Fees. A Trophy Will Be Presented To The Winning Owner. The Final Purse Will Be Reduced By The Cost Of Any Out Of Competition Testing Required By The Minnesota Racing Commission As A Condition Of Competing In This Race.
