Weights: 125 Lbs. The North Star State Derby Will Be Limited To Ten (10) Starters. Preference To Horses With The Highest Total Earnings In 2021-2022. Management Reserves The Right To Cancel, Change Or Postpone This Race. Failure To Draw Into The Race Will Cancel All Fees. Atrophy Will Be Presented To The Winning Owner.
